Membership Benefits & Registration Form

Membership Benefits ( Why Should you Register )

Information Exchange
Communication from official circles (MNRT, TTB, TANAPA, NCAA, TAWA, OTHER MEMBERS ASSOCIATION IN TOURISM, and KINAPA) is sent through the Association and thereafter disseminated to members and not to individual companies. Members have access to the latest information on Industry events and news through circulars as well as the TLTO WEB SITE AND E-bulletin. This E-bulletin includes member introductions, summaries of member-specific products they offer, news and advisory updates as well as a listing of upcoming events.
Recommendation | Reference for your Company
The TLTO gives recommendations/references to agents and tourists on behalf of its members. It also recommends its members in dealings with other tourism trading bodies, including TTB, as its members are recognized both locally and internationally as quality tourism providers.
Bonding Scheme
In the future plan, members that are tour operating entities WILL BE UNDER the bonded scheme, which provides agents and clients with added reassurance and peace of mind while dealing with TLTO members.
Arbitration | Mediation Facility
The Standards & Ethics sub-committee arbitrates/mediates in cases where a client or an agent lodges a complaint that requires intervention
Lobby
TLTO is actively involved in lobbying activities specifically with the Government on important issues affecting members
Easy Access to Pre-paid Park tickets
TLTO will work with Parks Authorities to ensure that they offer a convenient and safe one stop shop of member's park entry ticket requirements
Networking
Keeping in mind that the membership includes tour operators, affiliate companies, as well as corporate entities, being a part of TLTO enables any member to have extensive networking opportunities with other members as well as leading industry figures. Network gatherings—including breakfasts, lunches, and cocktail parties—allow members to establish relationships with their counterparts across the industry, as well as with other tourism-related product providers. Trade shows within the membership and other stakeholders will be conducted to ensure greater access and exposure for all members, helping them grow their sales skills, marketing strategies, and awareness of what other members can offer.
Education & Training
TLTO is constantly educating its members through workshops and seminars, with the intent of keeping members informed about topical issues that arise periodically.
Members Online Directory
TLTO maintains an online directory and database where members can be searched by name and category. It also features a sophisticated website with hyperlinks to members' own websites, allowing all visitors to search and view members by name and category. This provides valuable exposure for members and their products.
Use of TLTO Logo
Members have access to and may display the TLTO logo on stationery and promotional material, which acts as a source of recognition throughout the industry. The logo may also be added to members' websites, encoded with their membership number to prove valid and paid membership.
Information on & Access to overseas Trade shows & Exhibitions
TLTO plays a leading role in many major travel trade shows within the country in marketing capacity for and on behalf of the members
